Justine Kougl is the founder and director of the Tour Of Kindness. Amidst those roles she is also a mother of 3, wife, rancher, public speaker and advocate for all those who have differences (everyone). She believes advocating for a Kinder world is how we can make each day better and strengthen each others lives.  Justine began her life in Spearfish, SD, attended college at South Dakota State earning a Masters in Economics.  She has dove into advocating for others through diversity and acceptance training, understand differences and training kids to be Kindness Superheroes.  As a rancher she also speaks on strengthening ranch families and getting through the tough times together.  Her family has been through many transitions over the past decade and she shares stories of the up's and down's of the young special needs ranch family and how her family has managed to keep one foot in front of the other through the hardest of times.

George Seiler

I grew up in Timber Lake, S.D. My dad was a school superintendent for over thirty years, and I followed in his footsteps. I graduated from South Dakota State University with a Bachelor's degree in Biology Education and a Master's in K-12 Principal Leadership. I went on to complete a specialist degree in Superintendent Leadership from the University of Sioux Falls. Currently, I am working on my Education Doctorate from the University of South Dakota in Superintendent Leadership. I have worked in education for the last ten years, with the last five of them being a superintendent.

I have been in education for a quarter of a century in Nebraska and Wyoming. I am married to Brad and we are raising a 14-year old named Kate. I am on the board because I believe in bringing kindness to schools and sharing with students first hand the message Justine brings to the table.

Lauren White

Masters Public Health. Lauren is an Epidemiologist/Project Coordinator for the Office of Epidemiology and Scientific Support at Montana’s Department of Public Health and Human Services. She loves children, dogs, helping non-profits succeed with good causes and making positive change.

Ryan Aalbu

I was born in Martin, SD where I lived until my sophomore year in High School. My family moved to Spearfish in 1998. I graduated from Spearfish High School in 2001. I attended Black Hills State University and earned my B.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology. While going to college at BHSU I began working at Northern Hills Training Center who helps individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in residential, vocational and medical services. I started as a Direct Support Professional worked my way to being a Service Coordinator, Vocational Program Director and now am currently the Director of Human Resources. I have worked at NHTC since 2006. I have a beautiful wife, Mackenzie and two children, Connor and Addison. We enjoy camping and playing in the outdoors a much as we can.
